ohyeah, hari ini gue ama mumun jadi olahragawan jadi jadian looooh
siko dan panik banget gara gara berat gue yang bener bener nearly become 60kg, gue pun bertekad untuk jadi orang yang rajin olah raga dan puasa
haha just give me a big "wish you luck!"
it's really gonna take a loong loong time to make this schedule stick smoothly
plan gue nih yaaa :
- olahraga minimaaaaaaaal 2 kali seminggu!
- sit up 30 kali sehabis mandi soreeeeeeee
- ga ganas dan kalap lagi kalo liat lontong (isi oncom ataupun kentang)
- makan PISAAAAAANG (ohhhhhh i looove banana!!!)
- lebih sering lagi ngapelin anggun! (LOOOOOOH??)
